This represents the legal framework by which Barnet Choral Society exists as a registered charity - it is based on the Charity Commission's Model Constitution for Unincorporated Associations (which is what BCS is) and has been approved by them. As a result, it is 13 pages long!
Whereas the Constitution defines the overall framework of our operation, the Rules and Regulations cover day-to-day details of how the choir is run.
This defines our policy for safeguarding children and other young or vulnerable people.
This details how we collect and use your personal data.
